– Improved client’s call center sales from a ~24% decline (largest customer sales) to an overall increase in sales per hour of 17%, revenue units per hour increased 26%, and orders per hour were up 8%. – Enabled client’s outbound sales channel to grow from ~34 sales per night to over 500 sales per night within just six months of creating and executing new strategy to add vendors while designing and implementing new metrics and incentive programs to optimize vendor performance.
